Standard Cotton Cambric – 80 to 95 GSM
This is the most versatile and widely used cambric quality. It offers a good balance of softness, opacity, breathability and durability. It is suitable for women’s kurtas, tunics, dresses, shirts, kidswear, nightwear, co-ord sets, casual tops and everyday printed garments. This GSM range is especially popular for brands that want a fabric that is light but not too sheer, soft but still dependable.
Premium Cotton Cambric – 100 to 115 GSM
This quality has a slightly fuller hand feel while still remaining soft and breathable. It is ideal for premium shirts, structured tops, kurtas, dresses, children’s occasion wear, loungewear, soft co-ord sets and selected home textile accents. It gives garments a more polished appearance and works beautifully for both solid dyed and printed collections.
Medium-Heavy Cotton Cambric – 120 to 130 GSM
This is a stronger cambric quality with better body and structure. It can be used for more durable apparel, heavier kurtas, coordinated sets, light bottoms, cushion covers, fabric accessories and utility textile products. It maintains the smoothness of cambric while offering extra strength and a more substantial feel.
